ALUMAIDEN AUTOMATICALLY SCANS A POLISHED SAMPLE BY MEANS OF A MOTORIZED MICROSCOPE.

AluMAIDEN can detect, classify, measure and define defects eventually present in the sample.

The User Interface guides the technician through the quality inspection process, following pre-defined procedures.

A quality report (pdf) is produced after the analysis, if validated by the technician.

ARCHITECTURE

A READY-TO-RUN IMPLEMENTATION IS AVAILABLE OFF-SHELF IN AN ON-EDGE PACKAGE, WITH BREMBO’S CURRENT MICROSCOPE SYSTEM, THE ABILITY TO PRODUCE A GENERIC REPORT, AND A MODERN AND NEAT USER INTERFACE.

AluMAIDEN requires coupling with a motorized/robotized microscope. Architecture is very flexible, available in cloud, on-premises or hybrid.
